Basic Eligibility
While every application is unique, most businesses we fund meet the following general criteria:
Located in South or West Seattle
We primarily loan to businesses located in South Seattle and West Seattle.
In Business for 1+ Year
Your business has been operating for over 1 year
Provide Financial & Business Documents
We consider your overall credit, cash flow, and ability to repay, not just your credit score.

Small businesses and startups operating in King County
Businesses owned by people of color, women, veterans, and immigrants
Low to moderate income business owners who may traditionally be refused by banks
Businesses that operate in low to moderate income areas, inner city areas, or areas that face issues accessing capital, credit and business resources
Businesses catering towards serving the needs of local communities or neighborhoods
Developers and firms that build, acquire, renovate or preserve homes and building complexes for affordable housing
